What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, beauty studio name, Sri Lankan mobile number, optional email address, team size and preferred contact method.

Technical information

We record basic device and network information to deliver support, investigate errors and prevent spam or abuse. This may include an IP address, approximate network location, browser, device type, operating system, language, time zone and screen size. IP-based location is approximate and can reflect a carrier, VPN or network gateway.

Website analytics

We use first-party analytics to understand page visits, navigation, booking-link clicks, enquiry conversions, browser errors and performance measures such as loading speed and layout stability. The site stores random visitor and session identifiers in browser storage. Analytics records use a one-way hash of the network address rather than storing the raw address.

• Protect the enquiry service from abuse and duplicate submissions.
• Understand website use, diagnose technical issues and improve reliability.

Service providers

Book4Now uses Supabase to process and store enquiries, Resend to deliver enquiry notifications, IPLocate for approximate network intelligence and Veriphone for silent phone numbering-plan checks. A phone lookup does not contact the device or prove that it is active.

Email is optional. By submitting an enquiry, you ask the Book4Now team to contact you about the service. To ask about, correct or delete an enquiry, email help@book4now.lk.
